Privacy
My privacy notice.
Who I am
I'm Trina, and I run More Good Dog Days from my home near Trowbridge, Wiltshire. I'm responsible for any details you share with me.
What I collect
When you use my contact form, I collect your name, email, phone number, your dog's details, requested service and dates, your permission to reply and anything else you choose to tell me. I also store a hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit spam; it is not your raw IP address.
Why
I use your enquiry details to reply and discuss or arrange care for your dog. My lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and carrying out that contract if you book. For general questions and spam prevention, I rely on my legitimate interests in replying and protecting my website. Ticking the form box acknowledges this use; it does not sign you up for marketing. I'll never sell your details.
Where it's kept
Lovable Cloud stores the enquiry, and Web3Forms processes the form details to send an email notification to my inbox. If email delivery fails, the saved enquiry is retained. These providers may process information outside the UK. Their privacy information explains their processing and safeguards.
How long I keep it
My retention policy is to delete enquiries after 12 months if no booking follows. If I look after your dog, I keep relevant details for as long as care and my licence or insurance require. The hashed spam-prevention identifier is stored with the enquiry.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, restrict their use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request a portable copy where applicable. These rights can have legal exceptions. Message me on 07840 365601. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Cookies
My website only uses the cookies or browser storage it needs to work. I don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Web3Forms receives the details you submit when you send an enquiry.

Let's give your dog more good days.
Every new dog starts with a meet & greet at my house, so come and say hello. Bring your dog, I'll put the kettle on.
